At IDEX Health & Science, we design beam shaping optics to match the flow cell field of view (FOV) that is also matched to the sensor (CCD, CMOS, TDI) to get maximum photon efficiency and to use maximum FOV for diffraction limited imaging.

Our illumination units can be direct coupled or coupled with a fiber depending on your instrument architecture. If the imaging is very sensitive to vibrations from cooling fans etc., fiber coupling is advised.
