I like using Fingertight fittings for my HPLC connections. Can I still use them for UHPLC connections?
Standard Fingertight fittings will not typically work. Making good connections in UHPLC applications will usually require either traditional stainless steel fittings or specialized fittings that have been engineered to work in the very high pressure environment of UHPLC.
