Tara Tereso Named President of IDEX Health & Science

Tara Tereso this week joined IDEX Health & Science as its new President, reporting to Joe Rytell, who assumes his new role of President of Scientific Fluidics & Optics, leading IDEX Health & Science, Optical Technologies, and our Microfluidics business.

As an experienced executive leader, Tara brings extensive growth, strategy and global management experience. She is recognized as an engaging and inclusive leader who values collaboration, commitment, passion for customers, and developing talent.

Most recently, Tara served as Vice President & General Manager of the Engineered Fluid Dispensing (EFD) Division of Nordson Corporation that delivers precision technology solutions globally. Prior to joining Nordson, Tara held numerous positions of increasing responsibility at Thermo Fisher Scientific over a period of 14 years. This included her role as Vice President & General Manager of the Ion Chromatography & Sample Prep Business, a portfolio of integrated workflows to support environmental, industrial, food, pharmaceutical and biopharma customers around the globe.

Tara holds a Master of Science in Professional Communication: Strategy, Marketing & Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Studies & Communication from Clark University.
