Rohnert Park team receives Great Teams award

Our Rohnert Park site received IDEX Corporation’s Great Teams & Culture award for their efforts to continuously develop and uphold their premier culture despite extremely challenging market dynamics.

Notable achievements included:

  • Maintaining high employee engagement scores throughout the pandemic and through challenging market conditions of both rapid growth and destocking. Amidst reductions, the team held their already high iSay scores (our yearly employee survey) steady and even improved in some survey categories.
  • Earning recognition on the “Best Places to Work” list by the North Bay Business Journal for the 10th year in an area filled with competition from young startup companies.
  • Implementing a new Engineering Career Ladder, giving clarity, and guidance on the skills needed for engineering professionals to advance to the next step in their career.
  • The team is also heavily dedicated to volunteering and working with the IDEX Foundation to secure funding for their community. In 2023, they were able to donate $52,375 through the IDEX Foundation for charities like Redwood Empire Food Bank, Landpaths, Kids in Need, and others.

The Great Teams & Culture award is given to the business unit or group that has built a premier culture by engaging and empowering great teams of diverse talent, with servant leadership at its core, to deliver excellence.

Tara Tereso, Kelly Miller, Devina Mistry, and Ed Anderson were in attendance at the Global Leadership Conference, graciously accepted the award on behalf of Rohnert Park.

“I couldn’t be prouder of the entire Rohnert Park team and I want to especially thank Jon Wambold and the site leadership team for their exceptional leadership.  It is clear when you walk through the doors that the team is energized and engaged.  It is wonderful to see this premier culture recognized by the IDEX leadership team,” said Kelly Miller, Vice President General Manager, Fluidics.

“The Rohnert Park team is made up of an amazing group of people who genuinely care about winning together. I’ve had the good fortune of supporting this team over the years and I could not be more proud of the culture that Jon Wambold and the team have created. Whether it is solving problems for our customers or supporting the local community, you can count on the Rohnert Park team to show up with the IDEX Values,” added Keith Andrews, VP of Operations.

Congratulations to our Rohnert Park team for exemplifying what it takes to build and maintain a strong culture.
