Ultra-Low Volume Back Pressure Regulator

by IDEX Health & Science

back pressure regulator with inlet and outlet tubes labeled

  1. Using a razor blade, or our tubing cutter (A-327), cut the Ultra-Low Volume Back Pressure Regulator tubing to fit your system (the shorter the tubing, the less swept volume you add to your system).
  2. Using the fittings included, connect the inlet and outlet lines into your system (the inlet tubing has an arrow pointing toward the back pressure regulator and the outlet arrow points away).
  3. If you need to change the factory pressure setting, locate the set screw at the base of the body. Use a 1/16" allen wrench to turn the set screw — clockwise to increase pressure and counterclockwise to decrease pressure.
  4.

Please Note: Any back pressure adjustments should be made during initial installation.
