Large Volume Sample Loops Instructions

IDEX Health & Science large sample loops are for use with standard analytical or preparative injection valves.

For Standard Analytical Injection Valves

1. Finger-tighten the adapter fittings into the injector valve’s designated sample loop ports. For IDEX Health & Science valves, these are typically ports #1 and #4.
2. Finger-tighten the fittings that are already pre-swaged onto the sample loop leads into the head of each adapter until snug.

For Preparative Injection Valves

1. Finger-tighten the fittings provided with the loop into the injector valve’s designated sample loop ports.
