We believe in consistently striving to create value and improve the communities where our teams live and operate, which is why we understand the importance of discovering new and impactful ways to give back. Through our charitable organization the IDEX Foundation, we donated over $275K to various organizations and causes near our facilities in 2024.

It was all paws on deck at Summit Assistance Dogs. Our amazing Oak Harbor team rolled up their sleeves to help prepare for the grand opening of the brand-new Canine Condo.
Here’s what they accomplished:
Summit Assistance Dogs provides highly skilled mobility service dogs to people living with disabilities, creating life-changing partnerships. The new Canine Condo will serve as a kennel facility for their resident pups—and it’s already making tails wag!
The grand opening drew over 200 guests (plus lots of four-legged attendees), and everyone was impressed by the new space. THANK YOU to our volunteers and to the IDEX Foundation for their generous $60,000 donation to install specialized, long-lasting non-slip flooring.
For the 9th year running, IDEX Health & Science was thrilled to partner with the Rochester Childfirst Network for United Way's annual Day of Caring.
This year, 22 of our team members rolled up their sleeves and dedicated their time to enhancing RCN's outdoor spaces, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the children they serve. Weeding; clearing fence lines and drainage areas; and distributing 40 yards of mulch and topsoil were just some of the tasks accomplished.
To further support their incredible work, the IDEX Foundation contributed a $22,000 donation. We deeply value our partnership with RCN and their commitment to "equitable access to comprehensive services" for young children and families.
Here's to many more years of collaboration!

Members of our IDEX Health & Science team in Rochester, NY donated their time and creativity to create Mother’s Day Cards as a part of the I Remember Mama Program, in addition to a $5K donation from the IDEX Foundation. The I Remember Mama Program, run by the Volunteers of America (VOA) Upstate New York, delivers gift bags to older women living in senior housing.
“On behalf of all of us at the VOA, we want to extend my heartfelt thanks for [IDEX Health & Science’s] generous sponsorship of Volunteers of America’s I Remember Mama program,” said Domenic Argentieri, CFRE, Director of Development & Public Relations at Volunteers of America Upstate New York. “Your support helped make this year’s celebration truly special for the women we serve—women who often go unrecognized on Mother’s Day and whose strength deserves to be honored. Because of your compassion, we were able to provide a heartfelt connection filled with joy, dignity, and the reminder that they are seen and valued. The impact of your generosity was felt deeply by every woman we served.”

Despite the wild weather, the team in Oak Harbor showed up in full force to support the Positively Linked Health & Wellness Event! The IDEX Foundation also contributed $5,000 to support Positively Linked’s mission.
From helping vendors set up their booths and colorful “Pillars of Wellness” balloons, to working the Positively Linked booth, our team was all in. We handed out “treasure maps” to guide attendees through the event, encouraging them to visit each vendor and collect stickers for a chance to win the grand prize. We also shared paper hearts where guests could write or draw what brings them joy—adding a beautiful, personal touch to the community bulletin board.
The mission of Positively Linked is to nurture, empower, and transform the lives of youth and their families through prevention, education, and support. This incredible organization addresses:
Thank you to everyone who braved the elements to make this event a success!
Team members from our Rohnert Park facility rolled up their sleeves and volunteered at Bayer Farm Community Garden, a vibrant two-acre urban farm operated by LandPaths. The IDEX Foundation donated $10,000 to LandPaths to help sustain the organization's mission…
Our employees helped prepare the garden for the season—pulling weeds, preparing the soil, spreading mulch, and planting crops that will help feed the community.
Bayer Farm is more than just a garden—it’s also a “Teaching Garden” offering free workshops on composting, seed harvesting, and sustainable planting, led by master gardeners. It also sits on the ancestral homeland of the Southern Pomo people, with the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria as the nearest federally recognized tribe.
We’re honored to contribute to a space that cultivates both food and community.
Our Oak Harbor team has joined forces with Bonkers Over Outrageous Books (BOOBS), an organization dedicated to bringing comfort and joy to breast cancer patients through books and support. Thanks to a generous $7,500 donation from the IDEX Foundation,
this partnership will continue throughout 2025.
At the recent Whidbey Island Culture Fest, a group of employees volunteered at the BOOBS booth, spreading awareness and handing out bookmarks. This non-profit was founded in September 2024 and is already making a difference in the community.
Our team is excited to continue supporting the organization with various volunteer activities, including:
Thanks to our Oak Harbor team for making a positive impact and showing the power of community spirit.
In May, Middleboro employees came together to bag teddy bears for the Friends of Jack Foundation🧸. These cuddly companions are distributed to local police, fire stations, and hospitals, where they are given to children facing stressful or scary situations.
The Friends of Jack Foundation is dedicated to supporting overlooked programs that enhance the physical, mental, and emotional health and well-being of children.
Employees from our Oak Harbor facility came together and celebrated Earth Day to build planter boxes for a new community garden. They planted several plants, including peppers, tomatoes, beans, cucumbers, and strawberries! Employees will soon be able to harvest these fresh goodies, and they are excited to expand this garden in the coming years.
In March, the spirit of camaraderie was in full swing as the team from our Bristol facility joined forces to cheer on and support the athletes of the Bristol Special Olympics at the 2025 Winter Games in Connecticut. From cheering loudly from the sidelines to assisting with equipment and parking duties, employees ensured athletes felt supported throughout the event. Employees also created vibrant signs, which were used during the opening ceremony. The IDEX Foundation also donated $9,750 to support the organization.
The Bristol team has volunteered for this event for the last several years. The games give athletes living with intellectual disabilities a chance to compete in several events, including cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, figure skating, speed skating, and more.
Thank you to the Bristol team for exemplifying the company's commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others, one inspiring moment at a time
A group of employees in Rohnert Park volunteered at Chop’s Teen Club in Santa Rosa. The team spent their time cleaning the facility and organizing projects. A similar volunteer event was held last year. The Teen Shop’s facility spans 21,000 square feet, and is open to 7th – 12th grade students after school and on the weekends. The mission of Chop’s Teen Club is to provide a safe, fun, and productive space where Sonoma County teens can engage, connect, and discover their true potential.
