IDEX Health & Science, a global leader in fluidics technology, is developing capillary column capability for LC-MS centered around a novel tube-in-manifold design. It is comprised of a replaceable, bioinert, high-pressure capillary column module with an integrated rotary shear valve. The design addresses the robustness issues associated with delivering optimally separated components, at ultra-low flow rates, to nanoliter flow cells and electrospray MS emitters.
