Reusable VHP Fittings
Our reusable VHP Fittings are capable of up to ten repeat assembly cycles with no impact on pressure holding ability or carry-over. They are pressure rated up to 25000psi making them ideal for UHPLC applications. They are designed for the most commonly used ports in UHPLC that being 10-32 threads for 1/16” OD tubing and M4 threads for 1/32” OD. They are manufactured from stainless steel and proprietary PEEK polymer blend (PK) ensuring strength and chemical compatibility.
