VHP Stainless Steel ZDV Unions
These very high pressure, zero-dead-volume (ZDV) unions are precision machined from 316 stainless steel, carefully passivated, then thoroughly rinsed. Each comes complete with stainless steel nuts and ferrules. It is supplied with fittings for 1/16” OD or 1/8” OD tubing. Union assemblies have a pressure rating of 20,000 psi (1,380 bar) or higher.
