BrightLine® single-band filter set, optimized for mTFP (Teal) and other like fluorophores, illuminated with LED-based light sources

Semrock Part Number: LED-mTFP-A-000-ZERO

IDEX Part Number: S-002946  /

Semrock

This filter set is optimized to be simultaneously the brightest and the highest signal-to-noise ratio (contrast) available for measuring mTFP (Teal) (or other key fluorophores – see complete list above). This state-of-the-art set has been optimized for popular LED based light sources. This set has been designed to deliver significant fluorescence signal improvements for LED based light sources compared with traditional sets designed for standard broadband light sources such as mercury or xenon arc lamps.
