BrightLine® full-multiband filter set, optimized for DAPI, FITC, & Texas Red and other like fluorophores, illuminated with LED-based light engines

Semrock Part Number: LED-DA/FI/TX-A-NTE-ZERO

IDEX Part Number: S-002909  /

Semrock

This Full-multiband triple-band set is designed for imaging DAPI, FITC, and Texas Red (and other key fluorophores – see complete list above). This state-of-the-art set represents a break-through in triple-band performance, and has been optimized for popular LED-based light engines, including 365 nm DAPI LEDs. This set has been designed to deliver significant fluorescence signal improvements for LED-based light engines compared with traditional sets designed for standard broadband light sources such as mercury or xenon arc lamps. The complete set is comprised of a triple-band beamsplitter, emitter, and exciter filter, all with "no burn-out" performance.

What is Pixel Shift, and how does the Semrock ZERO option help? Why Pixel Shift degrades multicolor fluorescence imaging performance, and how the ZERO™ option mitigates this for Avant and BrightLine filter sets.
Optimized – Filter set is specifically optimized for that fluorophore.
Compatible – Should result in nearly ideal performance in most situations.
Acceptable – Actual performance is dependent on specific experimental conditions.
