This four-filter set is specially designed to achieve high-performance fast FRET (Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer) imaging for green donor fluorescence and red acceptor fluorescence. FRET measurements using wide-field microscopy are challenging – using the best possible filters can make a significant difference. These filter combinations provide excellent brightness and signal-to-noise ratio while minimizing the undesirable donor-acceptor crosstalk.
