BrightLine® FRET filter set, optimized for Cyan & Yellow Fluorescent Protein and other like fluorophores

Semrock Part Number: FRET-CFP/YFP-C-NQF-ZERO

IDEX Part Number: S-001489  /

Semrock

This four-filter set is specially designed to achieve high-performance fast FRET (Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer) imaging for cyan donor fluorescence and yellow acceptor fluorescence. FRET measurements using wide-field microscopy are challenging – using the best possible filters can make a significant difference. These filter combinations provide excellent brightness and signal-to-noise ratio while minimizing the undesirable donor-acceptor crosstalk.
