This 5-filter "Sedat" set is ideal for high-speed sequential imaging FITC and Texas Red with high brightness, extremely low crosstalk, and superb signal-to-noise ratio. It is also very popular for imaging GFP and mCherry. It is comprised of two single-band exciters and two single-band emitters, along with a dual-band beamsplitter, and thus works best when used with both exciter and emitter filter wheels.
