BrightLine® single-band filter set, optimized for Cy7 and other like fluorophores

Semrock Part Number: Cy7-B-NTE

IDEX Part Number: S-000117  /

Semrock

This filter set is ideal for use with Cy7™ and Alexa Fluor 750, as well as other similar near-infrared fluorophores. The longer excitation and emission wavelengths of these fluorophores enable deeper tissue penetration. The superb brightness and excellent signal-to-noise ratio of this filter set is also ideal since deep tissue imaging applications often also tend to yield very low light levels.
