BrightLine® Pinkel filter set, optimized for Cy3 & Cy5 and other like fluorophores

Semrock Part Number: Cy3/Cy5-2X-B-NTE

IDEX Part Number: S-001274  /

Semrock

This 4-filter "Pinkel" set is perfectly optimized for imaging Cy3 and Cy5 with high brightness, extremely low crosstalk, and superb signal-to-noise ratio. It is comprised of two single-band exciters along with a dual-band beamsplitter and a dual-band emitter, and thus works best with an exciter filter wheel or slider.

What is Pixel Shift, and how does the Semrock ZERO option help? Why Pixel Shift degrades multicolor fluorescence imaging performance, and how the ZERO™ option mitigates this for Avant and BrightLine filter sets.
Optimized – Filter set is specifically optimized for that fluorophore.
Compatible – Should result in nearly ideal performance in most situations.
Acceptable – Actual performance is dependent on specific experimental conditions.
