This Full-multiband penta-band set is designed for imaging DAPI, FITC, TRITC, Cy5 and Cy7 (and other key fluorophores – see complete list above). This state-of-the-art set represents a break-through in penta-band performance, and has been optimized to be illuminated with Lumencor CELESTA light engine® utilizing 408 nm, 473 nm, 545 nm, 635 nm & 750 nm wavelengths. This set has been designed to deliver significant fluorescence signal improvements for the CELESTA light engine compared with sets designed for standard broadband light sources such as mercury or xenon arc lamps or other LED-based light engines. The complete set is comprised of a penta-band beamsplitter, emitter, and exciter filter, all with "no burn-out" performance.

This set is mounted in a Nikon NTE Fluorescence Filter Holder, which is compatible with Nikon microscopes TE 2000, 50i, 55i, 80i, 90i, Eclipse Ti, Ni, and Ci series, and any using the Epi-fluor Illuminator.
