This filter set is designed for use with Cy5.5™ and Alexa Fluor 680 and works well with other deep-red and near-infrared fluorophores. The Avant™ filter set family delivers significant increases in fluorescence performance for small Stokes Shift fluorophores compared to standard filter sets. Steep spectral edges and high complementary OD blocking maximize signal while maintaining low bleedthrough and high signal to noise ratio. The new Precise Edge Placement capability ensures every filter set delivers consistent performance.
