Avant single-band filter set, optimized for Cy3™, Alexa Fluor 555 and other like fluorophores

Semrock Part Number: Avant-Cy3-NQF

IDEX Part Number: S-431318  /

This filter set is designed for use with Cy3™ and Alexa Fluor 555 and works well with other orange fluorophores. The Avant™ filter set family delivers significant increases in fluorescence performance for small Stokes Shift fluorophores compared to standard filter sets. Steep spectral edges and high complementary OD blocking maximize signal while maintaining low bleedthrough and high signal to noise ratio. The new Precise Edge Placement capability ensures every filter set delivers consistent performance.
