BioVersal Column System, 1.0mm ID x 75mm Length, 0.5µm Stainless Steel Frit

Our 1.0mm bioinert column hardware is designed specifically for use in microbore applications. These systems take advantage of IDEX Health & Science’s patented PEEK lined stainless steel, which provides a metal-free pathway and the structural integrity to pack small particle substrates up to 40k psi. The PEEK lining also provides a smooth surface to reduce the fronting effects that are common with microbore stainless steel tubes. These systems can withstand temperatures up to 80°C and are rated for pressures of 25k psi for hundreds of injections of continuous use. For easy identification, each column is laser marked to identify its inner diameter and lot number for traceability.
