Online orders placed by the 28th of December will ship on the 29th, and IDEX Health & Science will resume normal business on January 3rd, 2017.

Semrock Announces Distribution Partnership with AVR Optics

Rochester, NY, July 5, 2016 — Semrock, a unit of IDEX Health & Science, LLC, has entered into a supply agreement with AVR Optics (www.avr-optics.com) for the distribution of its optical filters and optical mirrors within the United States and Canada. AVR Optics was founded by a team with deep experience in the Life Science and Analytical Instrumentation markets and offers a tremendous extension to the Semrock sales support team. AVR will primarily focus on educational institutions and government research labs in the Eastern half of the United States and Canada.

Super-resolution Microscopy Cubes - Guaranteed to Provide λ/2 Flatness

May 2, 2016, Rochester, NY – Semrock has launched a novel service for Super-resolution Microscopy applications that sets a new standard in performance with guaranteed λ/2 P-V per inch flatness from 1mm thick laser dichroic beamsplitters mounted in off the shelf, commercially available microscope cubes. Maximize SNR and minimize artifacts in TIRF, Confocal, PALM, STORM, SIM, and other super-resolution techniques. Offered at attractive pricing, assembled cubes compatible with popular microscopes are now available as standard catalog products.

MarvelX is a UHPLC connection system that is designed for easier routing throughout an instrument. This system includes removable stainless steel fittings and changeable tubing. This new offering for MarvelX will include additional internal diameter (ID) and length options in order to meet a wider range of customer demand. “We previously had only 8 different product configurations covering some important ID and length needs. Due to strong customer demand we have decided to expand the line to have 55 different configurations covering additional IDs and lengths.
