Description

There are many applications in which it is beneficial to force two fluid streams to mix efficiently – for example, in high pressure binary gradient pumps. To meet the need for cost-effective yet highly efficient mixing, Upchurch Scientific has engineered three styles of static mixing tees.

For reference, static mixing tees differ from dynamic mixing tees in that static mixing tees achieve their mixing performance via flow path geometry and turbulence rather than relying on a mechanical mixing device in the flow path. While it is often more challenging to achieve a complete mix with a static mixing tee, Upchurch has engineered these products to provide a highly efficient mix at various target flow rate ranges as detailed below.
